Our programs are designed to engage visitors of all ages in exploring and discovering the past. We bring history to life!

February Events 

  • Children’s Colonial Tea Party, February 21, 2026, 2-4 p.m. 

Dress in your finest and enjoy an afternoon of live music, crafts, and refreshments celebrating America’s 250th. 

$8 per person  

  • The Right To Fight, February 22, 2026, 2-4 p.m.

Join us and our partners The Armed Forces Heritage Museum for another installment of their living history series. Celebrate the service and contribution of American military personnel of color. 

Suggested donation $5 per person

March Events

  • Superheroes in the Community, March 28, 2026, 2-4 p.m. 

Join us as we welcome the heroes in our own community and learn about your own Superpowers! 

$8 per person 

  • Paint and Sip March 21, 2026 4 -6 p.m. 

Join us as we celebrate Women’s History Month with our first ever Paint and Sip.  Catherine Lippincott will guide us through our own version of Susan Waters “Barnyard Animals.” More details to follow. 

April Events 

  • Kids’ Arts Bash, April 18, 2026, 12 – 5 p.m.  

This event is in partnership with the Lyceum Hall Center for the Arts.  This program and block party features art in every form and takes place on both campuses and the 400 block of High Street in Burlington.

May Events 

  • Children’s Revolutionary Reenactment, May 16, 2026 2-4 p.m

Travel back in time with us and see what it takes to be a soldier in the Continental Army.  Experience colonial cooking and a day in the life of an 18th century child. 

$8 per person 

Programs are held at the Burlington County Historical Society’s Campus. 
Entrances are on both 457 High Street and 454 Lawrence Street in Burlington, NJ.
