Research Services
Located in the Corson Poley Center, the Delia Biddle Pugh research library welcomes visitors!
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 we can only accommodate 2 researchers per time slot. You must book an appointment, we will not accept walk-in researchers. In addition all researchers must wear a face mask and show proof of vaccination. Please contact us if you have any questions.
PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!
Research Hours are:
- Wednesday: 10am to 12pm,* & 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Thursday: 10am to 12pm,* & 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Friday: 10am to 12pm,* & 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- Saturday: 2pm to 4pm
* 12pm to 1:30pm is lunch hour and we ask that researchers who have booked both the morning and afternoon time slots to observe our break.
On-site use of collections:
- Free for BCHS members
- $5 for non members
Photocopying is permitted (within copyright limitations) if library materials are in good condition. Copies are 50 cents each.

Have us research for you!
- For a pre-paid fee ($50 for 2 hours of research), a skilled researcher will investigate and respond to your research request utilizing sources available in our library and manuscripts collection.* Please click on the Research Request Form to download and mail to BCHS or submit an ONLINE research request form.

Photo Reproductions Fees
- Photographic reproductions of images and manuscripts in the Burlington County Historical Society Collections can be provided for a fee. Public display or publication requires permission and separate fees may apply.
